It is perfectly located, close to the sea and countryside it is the optimal destination for those seeking a versatile holiday. Alvor is a 50 minute drive from Faro airport.

Village life is pleasant, you can wander to the market hall or bakery in the morning and buy your fresh fruit, fish and bread and spend your afternoons relaxing on the beach. For the more energetic there’s golf, horseback riding, water sports and a wide selection of excursions (land & sea, all available within 100 metres of Casa Clare). Steps immediately outside Casa Clare on Rua dos Pescadores lead down to the main restaurant area / marina. Alvor boasts 115 restaurants and Casa Clare is almost equidistant from the (current) top four on Trip Advisor!
